There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows (includes no call or later than 30 minutes past scheduled appointment) or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No shows will be charged 50%. Without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients that are waiting for an appointment miss out on a service. It is my goal to provide my clients with exceptional service. If you happen to cancel under 24 hours, you will have to re-book your appointment and pay for your service. Cancellation fee’s do not roll over. I thank you for understanding and for your continued business with me.
